Ponieważ cel jest szczytny i dochód z Biegu przeznaczymy na rzecz Kliniki Chorób Wewnętrznych, Rehabilitacji i Medycyny Fizykalnej Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi zapisując się kupujesz „cegiełkę” w kwocie 89 zł. Jeżeli jednak chciałbyś wspomóc cel wyższą kwotą to nie mamy nic przeciwko. Wszystkie zebrane środki trafią do pacjentów Kliniki. Pamiętaj, żeby uregulować płatność do dwóch dni roboczych. Po upływie terminu wpłaty Twoje zgłoszenie zostanie anulowane.
Płacę gotówką?
Aby zapanować nad dużą liczbą zgłoszeń akceptujemy tylko przelewy. Opłatę za wybraną „cegiełkę” należy wpłacić na konto: PAMIĘTAJ UZUPEŁNIĆ w tytule wpisując: Imię i Nazwisko, Numer Startowy VIII Charytatywny Bieg UMed-u.
Ile mam czasu na zapisanie się do udziału w biegu?
Zapisy startują od 11 marca 2024 r. za pośrednictwem formularza na stronie http://www.umedbiega.umed.pl/ i trwają do wyczerpania limitu 400 miejsc, jeżeli jednak zapiszesz się po 1 kwietnia 2024, to nie gwarantujemy pełnego pakietu startowego. Nie czekaj na ostatnią chwilę!
Czy oprócz zakupu cegiełki muszę zapłacić również wpisowe?
Ależ nie! Zakupując wybraną „cegiełkę” otrzymasz również pakiet startowy, czyli worek, profesjonalną koszulkę, pamiątkowy medal oraz numer startowy.
A kiedy i gdzie mogę go odebrać?
Po pakiet startowy zapraszamy od 8 do 10 maja 2024 r., w godzinach 14:00 – 19:00 w Centrum Sportu Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi przy ul. 6 Sierpnia 69, pokój numer 11 parter.
I pakiet odbiorę ot tak, po prostu?
Nie, nie! Koniecznie miej ze sobą dokument tożsamości ze zdjęciem, a w przypadku kategorii student koniecznie legitymację studencką. I koniecznie pamiętaj o wydrukowaniu i podpisaniu oświadczenia o braku przeciwwskazań do uczestnictwa w biegu. Oświadczenie musisz złożyć osobiście przy odbiorze pakietu startowego.
Zastanawia mnie jak przy tylu uczestnikach, wszystkim zmierzycie czas!
Bardzo prosto – przy pomocy specjalnych chipów. Chipy znajdziesz w pakiecie startowym (umieszczone w numerze startowym).
Jak dojechać na Bieg?
I stopień trudności – własnym autem, taksówką,
II stopień trudności – autobusem lub tramwajem
III stopień trudności – przybiec! W ramach rozgrzewki oczywiście!
Gdybym chciał przebrać się na miejscu, będzie to możliwe?
Oczywiście – udostępnimy Ci szatnię.
A co z moim wynikiem i … ewentualną nagrodą?!
Nie zapomnieliśmy! Każdy z uczestników otrzyma pamiątkowy medal, a w poszczególnych kategoriach za trzy pierwsze miejsca będą także nagrody niespodzianki! Wyniki znajdziesz na stronie internetowej Biegu, a niecierpliwi mogą poznać je zaraz po ukończonym biegu dzięki wiadomości SMS.

What time do we start?
At 10:00 a.m. sharp!
Is the route long?
It depends on your physical condition. The route is 5.1 km long but remember that you have one hour to complete it!
Is the participation free of charge?
Since the goal is worthy and the funds from the Run will be donated to the Clinic of Internal Diseases, Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine of the Medical University of Lodz, by signing up, you give a „donation” in the amount of PLN 89. However, if you wish to support the cause with a higher amount, we will be more than grateful. All the collected funds will go to the patients of the Clinic. Please remember to settle the payment within two working days after filing your application. Otherwise your application will be canceled.
Can I pay with cash?
To ensure control of the large number of applications, we accept transfer payments only. The „donation” should be transferred to the following bank account: REMEMBER TO GIVE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS IN THE TITLE: your name and surname, start Number in the 8th MUL Charity Run.
How much time do I have to sign up for the Run?
Registration starts on March 11, 2024. You just need to complete the form at http://www.umedbiega.umed.pl/). The limit of places is 400. However, if you sign up after April 1, 2024, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full starter pack. Don’t wait until the last minute!
Do I have to pay an entry fee apart from the “donation”?
No, by making a „donation” you will also receive a starter pack, i.e. a bag, a T-shirt, a commemorative medal and a start number.
And when and where can I pick it up?
You can collect your starter pack at the Sports Center of the Medical University of Lodz between 8 and 10 May 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (ul. 6 Sierpnia No. 69, room number 11, ground floor).
And I’ll be given the starter pack just like that?
No, no! You will have to produce an ID document with your photo, and in the case of students, a student ID. Make sure that you also bring a declaration on no contraindications to participate in the run (in paper version, signed). You must submit the declaration in person when collecting the starter pack.
I wonder how, with so many participants, you are going to measure the time for everyone!
It’s very simple – special chips will be used. You will find the chip in the starter pack (along with the start number).
How to get to the Run?
The easiest way – by your own car or taxi;a more difficult way – by bus or tram;the most difficult way – come running, as a part of a warm-up, of course!
Will it be possible to get changed on the spot?
Of course! Cloakrooms will be available to all participants of the event.
What about my score and potential prize?!
We will make sure that each participant receives a commemorative medal, and there will also be surprise prizes! All the results will be published on the Run website, and those who don’t want to wait too long will be sent a text message with their result.
